IT'S TIME TO PREPARE Lyrics

 IT'S TIME TO PREPARE
Words & Music by Cielo Almazan, OFM
Arr. Noel H. Carpio
(1973)

1. It's time to prepare the gifts we've brought
It's time to prepare the bread and wine
Offer them to God the fruits of human hands
   Brothers, show your love
   Brothers, show your love

2. Let's go to the altar of the Lord
And show that we love with all our hearts
   Let's offer ourselves to him,
our sufferings and joys
   Brothers, show your love
   Brothers, show your love

3. Lord, make our souls and hearts pure
Pure as you are, our God and life
The gifts we are giving accept them now O Lord
   Lord, love us all
   Lord, love us all
